In Celina and North Texas, most three-season rooms start around $20,000–$35,000, while insulated four-season rooms with HVAC and electrical can range from $40,000–$70,000 +. What’s the difference between a 3-season and 4-season room?
Here in Texas we don’t really have four seasons. A 3-season room (like the Sunspace Model 200 or 300) uses WeatherMaster vinyl or single-pane glass panels—great for spring through fall comfort. If you want 4-season room (Model 400) includes insulated walls, Low-E argon glass, and a thermally broken frame. Both models can be heated and cooled year-round.
What type of foundation is required?
Most sunrooms attach to an existing concrete slab or patio. If you don’t have one, we pour a new reinforced slab engineered for local soil and frost conditions. For elevated decks, we use the Sunspace AlumaDeck system with proper footings.
